- Government Issued I.D. of owner(s) and/or representative(s) of the Company
- Current contact information of the company’s owner(s) and/or representative(s)
- Proof of sufficient funds to cover rent monthly (3 months of bank account statements or accountant certified company balance to date)
- Previous Landlord Recommendation and Landlord's contact information.
- Business References
- Personal References
- Description of the Business intended to operate on the premises
Please note that we don't rent warehouses for the following activities:
NO Mechanics or auto related activities
NO Painting and/or Bodyshop work
NO Tires sales and/or repairs
NO Welding or activities related
NO Metal Work or related activities
NO Car Dealerhips and/or vehicle storage
NO Company and/or Personal Storage
NO Restaurants and/or Cafes
We require First Month Rent and a Security Deposit equal to 2 month's rent to sign a rental contract.
Rental Payments are made via Monthly Subscription using ACH from a designated bank account (free of charge) or Credit Card Payment (5% fee). The designated account will be debited automatically every month on the 1st. We don’t accept checks or cash.
Also as a tenant, you will be required to obtain a Business Licence from the city of Hialeah and take a Third-Party Liability Insurance minimun of $1,000,000 – Failure to do so will nullify your rental contract.
We take your Privacy very seriously and we will treat all your information CONFIDENTIALLY. In case you don’t get approved to rent, your info will be permanently deleted.
Criminal Background Checks and soft Credit Checks might be run on prospective tenants.
